While we are in personal chaos, sometimes the chaos around us can distract, for a time. Today there’s worry about virus infection spreading (which it always does), and election primaries in several states of the USA (not our state, probably). Sometimes things seem so urgent, and yet perhaps they are not.
We experience our peace, as we take it, one moment at a time. Today I am grateful for my friends, and my little dog Darby, and the exciting new projects we are embarking on together. Please join us as we dip into the special pot that is our emotional life and share a bit with you.
